This is a full service package that will take you through every aspect of the event from vision and objective to event execution.  The services provided for in this package include:  Budget and vendor payment development; assist with recommendation sites; accompaniment for vendor selection; review of vendor contracts and assistance with negotiations; visit event site; meet with venue staff to review building guidelines; assist with catering suggestions and recommendations; assist with invitations and guest list; will provide a planning list of suggested supplies for event; assist with decorations and party favors; event activities and provide prizes; will confirm all vendor details and fine tuning; meet to discuss final plans.  All on-site event day coordination and management of the event, two hour preparation before event and one hour after event to assist with clean up.
